Add a compatibility window for moving from
hyperframes publishtohyperframes share. Existing publishing stays available during the window. Once it ends, new projects get instructions for sharing a video review and choosing an audience. Existing published links and updates keep their current behavior.The compatibility window is currently unscheduled. Update the CLI docs and bundled skill to explain both commands. Built on #7135. Tests cover the time boundary and existing updates.
